Gary Meuse is our Executive Director and has more than 25 years of experience in the television industry. A Dracut native, he was instrumental in pioneering public access television in town getting his start as the Production & Programming Manager of Dracut’s local access television program for 9 years. Gary then went on to produce fast-paced regional/east coast programs most recently with the Boston-based live/nightly entertainment television program “Backstage” hosted by Barry Nolan and Sara Edwards on The Comcast Network, CN8 where he booked interviews with Hollywood Celebrities, worked with major and independent record labels to produce in-studio performances, and helped to manage the program’s operating budget & finances. Gary also serves on the board of directors for the Dracut Scholarship Foundation and has produced/directed all 27 of their annual “live” Telethons each March, coordinating all aspects of the technical production. 
Dave Paquette is our Senior Production Technician. He has been with DATV from the start. Dave is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy NY with a Bachelors of Science in Electronic Media Arts & Communication. He is second in command and helps keep DATV going. He is a talented artist and photographer and uses his creativity to develop new ideas and keep DATV fresh. Dave is also an avid pool player.
Heather Morris is our Production Technician here at DATV. Previously Heather was with 7 News in Boston where she was a Video Editor and Live News Truck Operator/Field Technician. Heather graduated Cum Laude from Fitchburg State College earning a BS in Communications Media with a concentration in Video Production and Cinematography.
Chris Pitocchelli is our part-time Production Technician and contributes greatly to the ongoing growth of DATV. Chris recently earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from UMass Lowell.
